A cookie is a piece of information placed on your computer’s hard drive that contains information about you. Using a cookie does not give anyone access to your personal information while you are browsing our site. In order to process your order, we must be able to know and memorize some of the parameters communicated to us by your computer, we must know who you are and what products you are buying. Cookies are used for this sole purpose: to memorize the time of your visit, your identity (known thanks to your username and password) and the contents of your basket as you fill it. Once your shopping is complete, this information is automatically erased. Our cookies expire as soon as you end your session.


Order status

Products in stock:

Orders confirmed Monday through Friday before 11 a.m. (Eastern Time) will be shipped within 2 business days. Holidays are excluded from the shipping time. During the long holidays (Christmas and Construction holidays), delivery times may also be increased. The connection between our system and our transport partner can take up to 2 working days. K5 Clothing reserves the right to cancel any order that is not available in stock.

Products on special order and pre-orders:

Orders for products that we do not have in stock are generally shipped and received within 3 business weeks. The titles of pre-order products are always accompanied by an approximate delivery date. We do not guarantee the delivery time. However, we work extremely hard to meet our deadlines.

By adding a product in stock with a product in pre-order to your basket, you agree to receive your delivery in one package on the later date of the estimated time of your product(s) in pre-order.

Transport policy

We offer delivery anywhere in Canada and all packages are shipped by Purolator, Nationex or Canada Post. The usual delivery time is between 2 and 7 working days. Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday). We make every effort to have your package shipped within 2 business days of the day you place an order. If the delay is longer, we will contact you to let you know.

We do not guarantee or insure the transport and receipt of orders that have been delivered with the without signature option. It is up to you to choose the option with signature to ensure and guarantee the delivery of your order.

Return Policy

In the event of a return due to a defect, the return costs are borne by K5 clothing. We will send you a label to affix to your package.

In the event of a return due to a product that is not the right size, the return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Notify us before returning the product.

We do not refund orders received that are considered by the customer to be delivered too late.

Refund upon receipt of merchandise. The product must not have been in the dryer.

Exchange Policy

No product can be exchanged, except for a defective product or if an error has occurred during your order. If necessary, we will bear the transport costs.

Product Satisfaction Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your product, you can return your product to us at your expense within 30 days of the date of purchase. The product must not have been used or have been in the dryer. A delivery time considered too long is not included in our product satisfaction policy. We will refund you upon receipt of the product.

Discount announced after purchase

k5 Clothing reserves the right to have sales and discounts at any time without notice. We reserve the right to refuse a price adjustment following these modifications.
