Official Contest Rules for the “Win $5,000 Cruise Travel Credit”
1. Contest Organization
This contest is organized by K5 Clothing Inc. By participating, each participant accepts these official rules.
2. Eligibility
This contest is open to any adult (aged 18 or over) at the time of participation, residing in Canada. Excluding employees, representatives and agents of the Organizer, its affiliates, its advertising and promotion agencies and members of their immediate families.
3. Participation Details
With the purchase of each microfiber beach towel, a unique code will be given to the participant. This unique code entitles the participant to one (1) entry in the contest.
To participate, the participant must register their unique code on this page before December 26, 2025 at 3:59 p.m. (local time) and register to the newsletters.
To be eligible for the cruise draw, it is imperative to remain subscribed to the newsletter until the draw date. If the randomly selected person is not subscribed to the newsletter at the time of the drawing, their participation will be canceled and another winner will be chosen.
No limit on participation: each purchase of a participating towel entitles the participant to a new entry.
4. Contest Period
The Contest begins on January 15 at 12:00 p.m. (noon) and ends on December 26, 2025 at 3:59 p.m. (local time).
5. Winner Selection
The draw will be conducted on December 26, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. (local time) from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
6. Prize
The prize consists of a $5,000 travel credit applicable to a cruise, destination of your choice. The prize must be accepted as offered and is not exchangeable, refundable or redeemable for cash. No compensation will be offered if the actual cost is less or more than the stated value.
If the travel credit is not used in full, no financial compensation will be provided for the unused portion.
7. Notification and Prize Claim
The winning entrant will be contacted by email or telephone by the Organizer within forty-eight (48) hours of the draw.
To claim the prize, the winner must:
Reply to the Organizer within forty-eight (48) hours of being contacted;
Provide proof of identity to the Organizer.
In the event of non-compliance with these conditions, the prize will be awarded to another entrant by random draw.
8. General Conditions
This contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered or associated in any way with Instagram or Facebook.
By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Rules, which are considered understood and accepted by the simple fact of entering the contest.
9. Approval by the Régie
This contest is subject to the approval of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec. Any decision by the Régie regarding the contest is final.
